The following guide will help you setup your files for printing.
We accept the following file formats: AI, EPS, PSD, and PDF.
All file formats must be a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution.
Note: Images designed for the web done are at a low resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 300 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality. We will not be responsible for artwork that is not at 300 dpi.
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black).
All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode. Please make sure ink coverage does not exceen 220% when teh CMYK values are mixed.
Note: Images designed for the web are done in RGB (Red, Green, Blue), therefore we cannot use them.
Please build your artwork by adding 0.25″ dimension for all products
We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension.
We automatically trim 0.125″ off of each edge, which will result in the desired trim size.
Simply add 0.25″ to the overall dimension of your digital layout.
Example: a 3.5″ x 2″ would have a bleed size of 3.75″ x 2.25″
Please do NOT add any crop marks to your artwork. Create your file to the final size
Example: If you are working in Photoshop and are creating a trifold brochure, you need to create a new document that is sized 11.25″ x 8.75″.
Fonts must be outlined or converted to paths or curves. If working in Photoshop, art must be flattened.
All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least 0.125″ inside the edge. Anything outside of that area may be cut off during trimming. Safe zone measures for business cards is 3.25″ x 1.75″.
Please do not add borders to your project. Due to shifting in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven. We will not be responsible for borders that appear uneven and crooked.
